John Hughes, sweet sweet John Hughes. i know that this is late, but i wanted to do a blog in honor of him since his untimely death in august :( i watched 'pretty in pink' AGAIN for the billionth time the other night and still was blown blown blown away by the fashion in the movie. i appreciate molly ringwald's character 'Andy' for her creative and resourceful skills with fashion. she is definitely an icon. the boots she wears in the 'breakfast club' are all over the place now. 'pretty in pink' is by far one of the most inspirational movies fashion wise for me.
and p.s. i really want a pair of flat flat creepers (i know, its shameful) but Duckie's look sooooooo cute with scrunched up socks and peg rolled jeans
